Who We Are

The Bridges & Foundations Career Development Corporation seeks to improve access to training and career opportunities in the residential construction industry while also focusing on the need to improve housing quality in the Saskatoon region. The Bridges & Foundations Career Development Corporation is committed to careers for life, quality homes, affordability and choice, and believe that everyone in the province should share in the richness of Saskatchewan. Together we are Building Careers, Building Homes, and Building Communities.

How Do We Accomplish This?

By finding and managing funds that are allocated by the Government of Saskatchewan, HRSDC's ASEP programming, and community partners for access by businesses and communities for skill and capacity development and training to prepare people to work in the residential construction industry.

Through collaborative partnerships, Bridges & Foundations Career Development Corporation offers pre-employment and construction-specific training which provides a strong foundation for success in the residential construction industry. Though the membership of our main partner and founder, we are able to create employment opportunities for those interested in residential construction.
